Future developments will center on the items listed below. The twin goals of training 1) researchers and educators and 2) highly-skilled, specialized medical professionals will be clearly defined. This will create an excellent model for educational reformation as it serves to promote further the actualization of graduate school education.

1. Introduction of a systematized program as well as coursework development.
2. Development of graduate school educational materials.
3. Development of methods for evaluating clinical skills.
4. To encourage students with the mind-sets as an educator and researcher through TA and RA experience.
5. Organizing seminars and symposiums.
6. Promotion of self-appraisal and third party evaluation systems.
7. Organizing faculty development and training faculty study for upskilling.
8. Updating syllabuses and information dissemination.
